Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or give refunds for reasons such as incorrect sizing, color preference, or change of mind.

Processing & Delivery Times

All items are made to order. Please allow time for processing before shipment.

Estimated delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks, though in some cases it may take up to 3 weeks. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these timeframes.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

To request this, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@soulfiredesigns.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Sizing Responsibility

All products include detailed sizing charts. Because items are made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing. If you are unsure, we recommend comparing measurements with a favorite shirt at home.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
